HRIS Analyst

 

Are you someone who is process/detail oriented, who has strong customer services skills? If we have your attention, then this may be the role for you! As the HRIS Analyst you will be responsible for owning and managing all aspects of the HRIS System here at SPS Commerce.

The Day-to-Day

  • Own and maintain the organization's functionality in our HRIS System, UltiPro.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enhancing functionality and documentation, and deliver trainings as necessary.
  • Build a reporting suite for use across the organization.

 

What experience and skills do I need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2+ years of related HR or HR Systems experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Preferred experience with UltiPro.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with data-modeling, reporting and Ultimate Software is a plus.
