HRIS Analyst

The Day-to-Day

  • Own and maintain the organization's functionality in our HRIS System, UltiPro.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enhancing functionality and documentation, and deliver trainings as necessary.
  • Build a reporting suite for use across the organization.


What experience and skills do I need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2+ years of related HR or HR Systems experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Preferred experience with UltiPro.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with data-modeling, reporting and Ultimate Software is a plus.
