    Are you a very detail oriented individual, who is obsessed customers? We are looking for a Solutions Strategist who will be located in our Little Falls, New Jersey office and will work to gather business requirements and translate them to technical requirements (some companies call this role a BA, but to us it’s a Solutions Strategist). This is where the obsession with customers comes into play. You will be working very closely with our analytical customers implementing our solutions

    This role will leverage your excellent communication skills – most of the communication occurs telephonically as our clients are located all over North America.  SPS isn’t for the feint of heart – things move quickly here, so top performers are unflappable in the face of tough problems and have a demonstrated ability to handle stress while inspiring confidence with stakeholders.

     

    Qualified Candidates will have:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business or technology
    • 3-5 years of Business Analysis or Project Management Experience
    • A familiarity and understanding of the SDLC (waterfall and/or agile) and a general understanding of SaaS applications
    • Experience working within Excel Spreadsheets, extracting Insights and Data Mining
    • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them to technical requirements

    Desired skills & experience: 

    • Some experience with MS SQL, including the ability to write basic queries
    • SalesForce experience
    • IIBA or PMI Certifications
    • Strong understand of retail buying, planning, supply-chain, and accounting practices
    • Working knowledge of a BI tool, such as Microstrategy
