The SPS Commerce Marketing team is growing by adding a Marketing Campaign Specialist focused on B2B communication. This role is responsible for the strategy and ideation of a campaign strategy that supports our business objectives. This person will be key to planning integrated marketing campaigns that drives both engagement and conversion. They will work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment, support and develop a wide range of demand generation materials and programs, analyze results and make suggestions for improvements. The Marketing Campaign Specialist will be joining a friendly team that is motivated by data driven decisions to grow demand generation efforts. This person will help an evolving marketing organization create awareness and lead generation.

The Marketing Campaign Specialist is responsible for the creation and execution of the end-to-end campaign strategy that supports our business objectives. This person will be key to planning digital marketing campaigns that drives awareness, engagement and conversion while helping to hit our revenue generating number.

  •  Leverage your digital prowess and experience to shape solutions and drive results across channels including email, website, and paid media with a heavy emphasis on the digital strategy aspect of executing in these channels
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver great work.
  • Set the vision and create the strategy for our work and develop solutions to drive results
  • Analyze and act on campaign performance to maximize ROI and revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and sales leaders on campaign design and execution.
  • Work with analytics team to report campaign metrics, optimizations and results
  • Create and evangelize a campaign framework through creative and project briefs
  • Work with content team to develop campaign messaging and creative for campaigns
  • Develop multi-channel campaigns that incorporate lead scoring, behavioral data and activity to engage customers and drive revenue.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or equivalent work experience
  • 4-5 years experience in marketing/advertising preferably with agency experience
  • Ability to anticipate, plan and prioritize to manage the workload effectively and efficiently. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to diplomatically handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize both projects and stakeholders
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems
  • Passion for learning the retail supply chain market
  • Experience in Salesforce, WordPress and Pardot a plus
  • Experience with paid media a must
