SPS Commerce is growing! We are looking to add a Consultant I to our Customer Success team. As an implementation consultant you believe in collaboration and teamwork. You demonstrate a high level of urgency and are naturally curious and take initiative. In this role you will use your project management skills and technical aptitude to work directly with external customers and internal partners. If you pride yourself on your communication skills, ability to develop solutions and get things done and want the challenge of working with retailers of all sizes across the globe, then this is the role for you.

As a Consultant I you will work among a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for our customers. You will research, isolate, diagnose, resolve and follow-up on problems for customer change events. When necessary, you will also manage escalated events as appropriate.
