Description

SPS Commerce is adding a brand-new position to our Retail Sales Team. We are hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager to focus on our revenue pipeline. In this role you will partner with the Retail Enterprise Sales Leaders to drive desired results across the sales teams in securing Community Change Management and New Vendor Onboarding Programs. In addition, this individual will support leadership in working across the SPS sales team to drive a wide range of sales related activities, gather and analyze key insights associated with our Go To Market (GTM) strategies as well as identify and foster key initiatives across the team. This is a key role in helping us drive in our Journey to $1 Billion.

Essential Responsibilities / Duties

The Enterprise Sales Manager will have the responsibility working with our Sales Teams in driving opportunities thru the pipeline from 5% to 100% close. You’ll partner with Retail Enterprise Sales leaders to drive desired results across the sales teams in securing new sources of revenue and programs and in additional run additional projects as needed. You’ll be part of the leadership team working to drive sales related activities, gather and analyze key insights associated with our Go To Market (GTM) strategies while analyzing the data and rolling up reports across the organization.  

  • Support Enterprise Team in securing Community Change Management and New Vendor Onboarding Program
  • Work with Account Executives to advance sales stages at 5% to improve pipeline management and increase Retail partnerships
  • Evaluate new and existing sales processes to maximize each stage of the sales cycle
  • Leverage sales stage analytics to drive accountability and pipeline health metrics to drive desired Account Executive behavior
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators to ensure alignment and consistency tied to GTM strategies
  • Act as liaison between Training, Sales Operations and Product Marketing to support business execution of the Enterprise Retail

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 8 years of relevant experience; a Master’s degree and 5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated experience in all stages of the sales pipeline, pipeline health metrics/analytics, the essentials of forecasting accuracy and understanding of what it takes to navigate the final stages of a sales cycle
  • Strong analytical acumen to drive key performance metrics
  • Experience leading projects or initiatives, and driving them to completion
  • Demonstrated experience working with leaders/executives
  • Strong listening, collaborating, multi-taking, and presentation skills

 

 Preferred/Nice to have Requirements

 

  • Experience in sales, sales management, marketing, business administration, retail systems, and/or supply chain
  • Education in Business, Marketing, Sales Management, Retail Operations or Supply Chain
