The Sales Manager oversees a team of direct reports in the Mid-Market Retail Sales organization with a focus on emerging, fast-growing retailers, grocers, and distributors. This team works to secure direct and indirect revenue through upselling existing customers, acquiring net new customers and/or qualifying and converting leads to customers. Given this is a market of constant change, there will be a heightened focus on collaboration and sharing of key learnings while working with Sr. leadership to implement new strategies from those learnings across the team. This role will be based onsite at our Minneapolis HQ.

Essential Responsibilities / Duties
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or combination of equivalent education and relevant experience
• 5+ years sales experience preferred; quota-carrying sales experience a plus
• 2+ years of formal management experience strongly preferred; 2+ years minimum informal leadership experience required with a proven history of coaching, mentoring, and leading others
• Proven success developing individual contributors and demonstrated experience working through others to complete work and resolve issues
Preferred Experience
• Retail supply chain experience and/or EDI background highly desired
