  • Meet operational goals and customer commitments for a community or communities.  Goals may take the form of targets related to need-by-dates, task completion by headcount, quality goals, etc.  Meeting these goals is a combination of contributing directly to tasks as well as influencing and directing how work should be executed through a community (sub team) of team members.
  • Monitor delivery trends and execute updates to resourcing, process, other means to address issues where risk is identified.
  • Deliver excellence goals as measured by duration for task/code completion (time to value), meeting product roadmap and GTM needs and goals, customer satisfaction results, and network growth goals.
