Description

SPS Commerce is growing- We are currently looking to add a Senior Business Development Representative (Senior BDR / Sr Retail Development Manager) to the retail sales team. This growth is due to territory expansion and current team member promotions. As a Senior BDR, you will work to create and uncover new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting within your assigned territory. You will have anywhere from 60 to 100 accounts that you will be working with at any given time. In this role you will partner closely with a team of Account Executives to build out a pipeline and identify opportunities. If you enjoy being in the front-end of the sales cycle, in a pure hunter type role, where you can use your positive attitude and energy to uncover opportunities within some of the most strategic and visible accounts for SPS, then this role is for you.

 Does this sound like you?

  • Initiative is in your blood. You are self-motivated, you get after it, you’re persistent, and have a resilient attitude.
  • You love the thrill of the hunt and making new customer connections.
  • Teamwork and collaboration. You’re a team player. You build relationships across the organization and enjoy working closely with your fellow sales colleagues to fill the pipeline with new sales opportunities- you look for ways to succeed together.
  • Fast-paced work environments are where you thrive. You can work with minimal supervision while taking initiative and setting priorities for yourself daily
