Why SPS Commerce?

We believe every employee makes a difference. We ensure employees have the tools, resources and training to explore new ideas and execute them. We’re collaborative by nature, we believe in the power of asking questions and we thrive on leading the industry. Our success comes from playing as a team and always playing to win. Which we do, a lot. We’re big enough to offer a variety of opportunities, training, and exposure to different roles. Yet small enough that everyone makes an impact. Careers don’t just grow here, they’re made here.

What is Sales at SPS Commerce?

The SPS Commerce Sales team Gets After It. Our global sales team works directly with retailers and suppliers, of all sizes, to develop strong relationships, uncover opportunities, advise, and propose SPS Commerce’s suite of solutions that positively impacts their business. This team's passion and integrity fuels the growth of our network - they are collaborative by nature and believe in the power of asking questions.

SPS invests in its sales force, providing extensive training and career opportunities. The SPS Sales Training Program will lead you in learning successful prospecting, developing foundational skills in consultative selling, and understanding the full Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales cycle.

Sales Internship Program Overview

An SPS Commerce internship is more than just a summer job. During your 12-week paid internship, you will collaborate with seasoned professionals, solving real-world customer problems, and contribute to the success of our business. Our success comes from playing as a team, and interns are a valued part of Team SPS from day one.

You will join a cohort of other interns and participate in programming to develop you as a professional. Together you will dig deeper into how you work best, learn how to leverage your experience, and strengthen your interpersonal and sales skills. You will do all of this while building strong connections with peers and your SPS team. We strive to develop our interns so that one day, they can lead in their industry. By the end of your summer with us, you will feel more equipped to do just that: lead.
