Position Summary:  

The Senior Manager of Revenue Operations – Business Process is responsible for leading a team to drive process improvements, enhance and enrich data quality, and optimize operational workflows within the Revenue Operations function. This role focuses on improving efficiency, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration.  This an ideal position for someone who excels at problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and people leadership, with a strong focus on streamlining processes, enabling scalability, and supporting business strategy

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Manage a team of Operations Business Analysts and a Project Manager.
    • Leads the team to transition manual data maintenance into more strategic process improvements.
    • Mentor a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on efficiency, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement & Data Quality
    • Identify operational inefficiencies and drive scalable process enhancements.
    • Improve data governance and integrity in sales and customer success operations workflows.
    • Define and implement best practices for data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and process automation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Support
    • Work closely with GTM leadership, Sales, Business Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and optimize workflows.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales process challenges, helping to translate business needs into actionable process improvements.
    • Partner with internal teams to reduce process bottlenecks and improve decision-making through better data and streamlined workflows.
  • Project & Change Management
    • Oversee and prioritize revenue operations process improvement projects.
    • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce redundancies, and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
    • Manage risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure projects align with business goals and stakeholder needs.
  • Metrics & Performance Tracking
    • Provide reporting and insights to Sales and Business leaders to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Ensure that sales operations processes are aligned with business growth and evolving market needs.

 

Location:  

This is a hybrid role based in Minneapolis, MN. You can plan to be in the office 2 days a week or more, as needed.

 

Required Qualifications:  

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Business Process Optimization, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams, with a focus on leadership and team development.
  • Strong background in process improvement, business operations, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing process changes.
  • Experience with Data Governance, Quality Assurance, Project and Change Management
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce workflows and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.

 

 

What We Offer:   

At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. The compensation range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more. SPS provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and annualized commission target for this role.  

 

The total annualized on-target compensation range for this position is $116,500 - $186,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
