Position Summary:

The Data Reporting Analyst will bridge the gap between raw data and business impact, owning the design, development, and maintenance of reporting infrastructure that enables data-driven decision-making across the customer lifecycle.

 

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to deliver scalable reporting solutions, optimize data workflows, and ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in business intelligence outputs.  Does this sound like you?

 

Key Responsibilities:  

 

Data Engineering & Management:

  • Build, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines and data workflows that consolidate data from multiple systems (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, ERP).
  • Ensure data integrity and governance through validation processes, data cleansing, and monitoring.
  • Partner with RevOps, Corporate Systems, and data engineering teams to define and manage source-of-truth datasets.
  • Design and manage data models that support scalable and efficient reporting.

Business Intelligence & Visualization:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI.
  • Translate complex data into clear business insights for Sales, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and continuously improve reporting outputs.

Revenue Operations Support:

  • Provide analytical support for forecasting, territory planning, pipeline analysis, retention, segmentation, billing, AR.
  • Monitor KPIs across the revenue funnel and proactively surface insights and anomalies.

Location:  

In this hybrid role, you will be required to work onsite from our Minneapolis office 2 days per week.

 

Required Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience (analytics, reporting, marketing data analysis or financial analysis); or a Master’s degree without experience; or equivalent education and experience
  • 3–5+ years of experience in a data, reporting, or analytics role, ideally within a Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Customer Success Ops function.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
  • Strong experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and CS platforms.
  • Understanding of SaaS go-to-market motions and revenue funnel metrics is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy and integrity.

 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Math, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Management or Statistics
  • Experience with Python.
  • Experience implementing data governance or documentation frameworks (e.g., data dictionaries).
  • Exposure to Agile or project-based structures in an analytics or ops environment.

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.  

 

The annual salary range for this role is: $69,000 - $103,400. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
