Position Summary:

We are seeking a Contract Management Specialist to join our Customer Success Operations Team. In this role, you will be partnered with the sales and Customer Success teams to maintain and grow customer relationships. You will work directly with customers to review and modify existing contracts and ensure accountability for customer satisfaction with key organizational partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with cancellations, credits, rate reductions, and handle retention and renewal activities.
  • Act as a relationship manager for the sales team, supporting accounts and resolving customer issues through multiple support channels.
  • Develop and maintain programs to reduce customer churn, increase retention, and report customer feedback to key partners.
  • Analyze revenue reduction activities, recommend process improvements, and document best practices.

Location:

This role is in our Minneapolis office, the team is in-office 2 days per week.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong customer-centric, sales, or operations experience, with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to effectively present and demonstrate solutions, negotiate, and solve problems.
  • Proficiency with the Internet, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and preferably, previous Salesforce experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage change
