Position Summary:  

We’re seeking an Associate Consultant I to join our Customer Success organization Reporting to our Implementation Manager, in this role you will manage the delivery of our services with customers including performing testing and configuration of a system that supports electronic data flow between business retailers and their network of suppliers. If you have technical aptitude, strong customer service and organizational skills, this role could be an excellent fit for you!  

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Perform and/or manage post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products, including installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration 
  • Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals. 
  • Track progress of Implementation project(s), ensuring deadlines are met, while keeping customer and other stakeholders informed of project progress 
  • Possess and maintain a high level of industry and retailer specific business knowledge. 
  • Train customers on best practices for partner compliance and product usage. 

 

Location:  

This is a hybrid role based out of our Minneapolis office. The in-office requirement is 2 days per week. 

  

Required Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently 
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude 

 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Familiarity with XML a plus 
  • Prior technical or project management work experience and some prior (low level) programming experience 
  • General understanding of the concept of e-commerce and electronic data interchange (EDI)

The hourly pay range for this role is: $25.00. The actual pay offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
