Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as a key member of the Enterprise Implementation team, focused on a SAP S/4HANA portfolio and leading implementations of E-Commerce Services for SPS Commerce Clients. You will utilize best practice project management methodologies and processes for all SPS Commerce programs; including defining project scope, objectives, business outcomes and high-level milestones. You will manage a broad and dynamic workload, in-depth analysis work and incorporation of strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day project tasks for implementing SPS Commerce Products and Services from close of sale through handoff to customer support
Create and maintain project work schedules, track customer requirements and translate customer requests into project deliverables
Coordinate delivery aspects of the implementation project to ensure deliverables are completed on time while managing project risks and issues
Define and communicate expectations for productivity and quality measurements by maintaining consistent processes across the team and organization
Complete post-project analysis and drive positive project outcomes, team results and effective change management
Location: This role will either be hybrid from our Minneapolis Office or fully remote, based on the candidate’s current geographical location.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years project management experience
Demonstrated understanding of processes and/or services to contribute to issue identification and idea generation/evaluation
Quality-focused; detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and multi-task; proven ability to handle multiple projects
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve goals without direct authority over personnel
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision while taking initiative and setting priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with project managing ECC to SAP S/4 Hana (Public and/or Private Cloud) ERP Implementations
Experience with Order to Cash, EDI, or eCommerce related implementations
Experience developing processes and managing projects in a technology based service organization
Successfully leading executive level stakeholder discussions, status updates and reporting

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more. The annual salary range for this role is: $92,400 - $147,800. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range. Additionally, you may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. An incentive award, if granted, is based on individual and/or organizational performance.
