Description

 

Position Summary:  

As a Solution Architect I within the Retail Customer Success Team, you will support the design, implementation, and documentation of customer-centric EDI solutions. Combining technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, you will assist in delivering scalable and reliable integration solutions that enhance customer success. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing customer requirements in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support the design of scalable and efficient EDI solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Perform troubleshooting and resolve integration issues, escalating complex challenges when necessary.
  • Document solution designs, technical workflows, and best practices to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery aligned with customer objectives.
  • Provide timely delivery of assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to project timelines.
  • Familiarize yourself with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) to support EDI integrations.
    Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
  • Create technical documentation and training materials to support both customers and internal teams.

Location: This role is hybrid out of our Minneapolis office. We Succeed Together though in-person collaboration (2x a week), balanced with remote work to provide flexibility.

 

Required Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years of related experience (e.g., technical consulting, support, or system integration), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic understanding of EDI protocols (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and data transformation tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with customers.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical documentation. 

 Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Understanding with cloud-based SaaS architecture and APIs.
    Experience with ERP, WMS, and/or TMS systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or JDE.
  • Exposure to XML, CSV, and other application file formats.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Systems consulting or systems implementation/migration experience
  • Familiarity with text editing and data transformation tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proven experience demonstrating adaptability and a Customer In approach

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.  

The annual salary range for this role is: $62,100 - $93,100. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
