Rate of Pay:                $141,898 per year

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.​

Duties: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Provide business and technical consulting to business partners as they build solutions enabling seamless integration across the company’s network and various ERP systems. Responsible for working directly with customers to document and validate their business requirements and working with the customer to configure/customize the application to meet business requirements. Conduct sessions with the customer over the phone or in person, attend project meetings, and provide status updates on activities and deliverables. Responsible for solution design through technical test and deployment tasks, including creating and managing sub-areas of a project plan. Maintain a high level of industry-specific business knowledge by remaining current with emerging products and technical updates. Conduct highly complex work critical to the organization. Possess and maintain a high level of industry-specific business knowledge by remaining current with emerging products and technical updates. Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs and understand clients' business objectives and goals. Track the progress of implementation projects; ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved. Keep customers and other stakeholders informed of project progress. Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration as part of completing the implementation project.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and eight years of experience in the job offered or eight years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Experience must include one year of experience in each of the following:

  1. Undertake initial diagnostics of incidents, using available tools, and resolving as many incidents as possible on initial contact.
  2. Utilize technical, and analytical problem solving skills and troubleshoot EDI software primarily for Acumatica and Sage ERP systems.
  3. Apply knowledge of customer service and deal with third parties.
  4. Data map and code in file formats including XML.
  5. Work on application of integration design, eCommerce, and supply chain principles to the implementation of EDI adaptors in the client’s ERP software.
  6. Involve in all aspects of knowledge development on an organizational level. This includes developing new staff members in implementation and support and curating our Confluence Knowledgebase.
  7. Apply experience in common industry standard business practices, supply chain and ERP software.
  8. Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration to complete implementation projects in Acumatica and Sage X3 ERP systems.
  9. Experience in product and process improvement related primarily to EDI Implementations of Acumatica and Sage ERP systems.
