Description

SPS Commerce is seeking a data-driven and collaborative Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our high-performing team. In this hybrid Minneapolis-based role, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to our Customer Success and Sales leaders—helping to turn data into insights that fuel smarter decisions and operational excellence. Position Summary:  

The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst serves as a key business partner to Customer Success and Sales leaders. This role focuses on turning data into actionable insights that drive strategic and operational improvements. Working closely with business stakeholders, the Senior Analyst brings a strong understanding of customer lifecycle data, process metrics, and business acumen to help teams achieve their goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Partner with functional leaders to analyze key business trends, metrics, and KPIs across the customer journey.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI or similar tools to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on areas such as retention, expansion, product usage, onboarding, and support experience.
  • Translate business questions into data problems and produce clear, concise, and impactful insights.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and functional teams to optimize processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure data consistency.
  • Support strategic planning and forecasting efforts with data and analysis.
  • Present findings to business stakeholders with clarity and recommendations.

Location:  

This is a hybrid role based in Minneapolis, MN. You can plan to be in the office 2 days a week or more, as needed.

 

Required Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations or Strategic Analysis
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes with data
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue business models preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working directly with sales, customer success, or go-to-market teams in a business partner or consultative role
  • Familiarity with SQL, or Snowflake

 

What We Offer:   

At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. The compensation range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more. SPS provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and annualized commission target for this role.  

 

The total annualized on-target compensation range for this position is $77,300 to $90,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
