We’re hiring a Manager I – Corporate Services to help lead our Minneapolis-based team. In this role, you’ll support our Corporate Services leader in managing day-to-day operations, overseeing facilities and office support functions, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for employees and senior leaders. Position Summary

The Manager I, Corporate Services is responsible for supporting the efficient and effective operations of our corporate offices. This includes maintaining office systems, coordinating space planning and facilities activities, and managing programs that enhance the employee experience. This role will lead a local team, collaborate across domestic and international offices, and maintain relationships with key internal partners and external vendors.

 

Key focus areas for the Corporate Services team include , Office & Facilities Management, Space Planning, Employee Engagement, and Reception Services.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across all North American SPS locations, including vendor management and procurement coordination.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Corporate Services and Facilities team.
  • Collaborate with key business leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure effective execution of facility and office support services.
  • Partner with Security and Property Management teams to ensure the physical safety and security of workplaces.
  • Manage  facilities, security, and space planning projects.
  • Supervise reception  functions in the Minneapolis office.
  • Manage annual budgets for North American facilities, including office supplies and service contracts.
  • Drive continuous improvement across corporate services functions, ensuring service excellence and cost efficiency.

Location

This role is based in our Minneapolis office. Candidates must reside in the Twin Cities area and be available to work on-site five days a week.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, including formal or informal leadership.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to work independently and proactively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to set and achieve team goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage unexpected challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Slack, and office badge/access systems.
  • General understanding of technology systems used in modern office environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with applications such as Adobe Acrobat,  SnagIt, and Concur Expense Management.

 

What We Offer:   

At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.  

 

The annual salary range for this role is: $74,600 - $85,000. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.   

 

Additionally, you may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. An incentive award, if granted, is based on individual and/or organizational performance.
