Position Summary:
We're looking for a Sr. HRIS Analyst (Workday) who can jump in as both a functional and technical expert. In this role, you'll handle everything from configuration and reporting to data integrity and making sure Workday is running smoothly to support our HR goals and Business Partners.
You'll partner with teams across the business to roll out smart, efficient solutions that boost compliance, streamline operations, and create a better experience for employees. You'll also play a key role in mentoring team members and helping us keep improving the system.
Reporting to our Director of HR Tech & Analytics, you’ll be a go-to person for all things Workday - especially in areas like Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Absence, Reporting, and Security. You may also pitch in on other Workday projects as needed.

The annual salary range for this role is: $77,300 - $115,900. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
