Our Marketing & Design Internship Program offers hands-on experience at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and user experience. As an intern, you’ll contribute to real projects that shape how SPS shows up in the market - through compelling visuals, thoughtful design, and user-centered solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, build your portfolio, and gain insight into how design drives both brand and product success.

• Graphic Design Intern (Marketing-Focused)
  • Create visual assets for digital campaigns, events, and social media
  • Assist in producing graphics, slide decks, and promotional materials
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all external communications
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teammates on creative projects
• UX Design Intern (Product-Focused)
  • Support the creation of intuitive, user-friendly product experiences
  • Assist with wireframes, prototypes, and visual design for web applications
  • Conduct user research and contribute to usability testing
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to iterate on design solutions

Required Qualifications:  

• Actively pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI, Visual Communications, Human-Centered Design, or a related field
• A portfolio (or samples) showcasing your design work
• Strong attention to detail and visual design fundamentals
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
• A collaborative mindset and curiosity to learn in a team environment

Location:    

This is a hybrid role based in Rogers, Arkansas, the in-office expectation is 2-3 days per week.
