Description

Who We Are
SupplyPike, now proudly part of SPS Commerce, is transforming how suppliers protect and grow their revenue. Our mission is simple: eliminate costly retailer deductions, recover lost dollars, and give brands the clarity they need to operate smarter and stronger. Built by supply chain experts, retail data specialists, and technologists, our platform helps suppliers navigate complex compliance requirements, prevent chargebacks, and reclaim profits that fuel growth.

In early 2025, SupplyPike joined SPS Commerce — the industry’s leading provider of cloud-based supply chain management solutions — marking an exciting evolution of our vision. Together with Carbon6, we now form the Revenue Recovery team under SPS, uniting deep supply chain expertise with powerful technology to help suppliers reduce risk, increase efficiency, and maximize profitability.

As a global team across North America, Europe, and Asia, we thrive on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Whether you’re building breakthrough technology, empowering suppliers to reclaim revenue, or driving smarter supply chain operations, you’ll join a community that’s shaping the future of retail — together.

The Opportunity:

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll be the analytical and operational partner for our Sales and Insights teams. You’ll turn complex retail deduction data into clear, compelling business cases that help suppliers protect revenue, recover deductions, and make smarter decisions.

In this role, you’ll support our go-to-market (GTM) strategy by creating ROI analyses for prospects, enabling Sales with actionable insights, and empowering Customer Success to deliver measurable value to our clients. If you thrive on solving problems with data, designing better processes, and influencing strategy through insights, this role puts you at the heart of how SupplyPike drives growth and impact for suppliers.

Location: Rogers, AR (Hybrid/Onsite)

Your Impact:

  • Data-driven ROI analysis: Partner with Sales and Insights to build ROI models for prospects — analyzing multi-retailer data to calculate total, retailer-specific, and category-level returns on investment.
  • Business case development: Support Account Executives and Sales Engineers in crafting persuasive value stories for prospects and clients, including pricing strategies, time savings, and deduction recovery potential.
  • Customer success enablement: Provide ad-hoc analysis to support upsell opportunities and contract negotiations.
  • Dashboards & reporting: Build and maintain intuitive dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking to give leadership visibility into performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize sales processes, ensuring teams can move faster and smarter.
  • Operational insight: Proactively surface trends and insights that inform sales strategies, product positioning, and revenue forecasting.
  • Confidentiality & trust: Handle sensitive client and revenue data with discretion and integrity while influencing strategic decisions across teams.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or data analysis — ideally within a B2B SaaS or supply chain-focused environment.
  • Analytical & detail-oriented: Strong skills in quantitative analysis, modeling, and data visualization to turn raw numbers into actionable insights. Bonus points for SQL experience.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) is highly valued.
  • Clear Communicator: Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem Solver: Naturally curious and proactive in identifying gaps, resolving issues, and improving processes.
  • Adaptable & Self-Motivated: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities with precision.
