Position Summary:  

As a Prospecting Specialistyou'll help to find and attract new customers. The Prospecting Specialist will play the key role of organizing and managing data and researching potential clients. We'll give you all the training and support you need to succeed and start a great career in sales! 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct in-depth research on potential client companies to tailor sales approaches and pitches.
  • Carefully review and verify accuracy of prospected list, confirming client details, deal terms, and special conditions. 
  • Routinely monitor and review deal cards to catch discrepancies, ensure alignment with company goals, and facilitate smooth transactions between stages. 
  • Strategically select companies that align with the organization’s goals and ideal customer profile through market research and industry analysis. 
  • Track and analyze lead generation sources to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize outreach efforts based on data-driven insights. 

 

Location:  

This role is based in our Rogers, Arkansas location and requires 2-3 days per week in office.

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong research abilities, with the ability to identify relevant information and support team objectives. 
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional partners, and clear presentation of ideas. 
  • Proactive self-starter with strong follow-through, able to anticipate needs, take initiative, and drive tasks to completion independently. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:   

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (ex. ZoomInfo, HubSpot) and data management best practices.  
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a sales or customer development context.

The hourly pay rate for this role is: $25.96
