This individual will serve as a servant-leader for one or more Scrum teams, ensuring Agile principles are upheld while also driving the successful delivery of technical initiatives. This role is instrumental in empowering teams to deliver high-value outcomes iteratively and incrementally, while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.   The Scrum Master will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and product managers, to ensure alignment and transparency.  The successful candidate is a proactive problem-solver, skilled communicator, and experienced project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach team members on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization, collaborating to ensure well-groomed backlogs and clear sprint goals.
  • Manage technical projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
  • Track and report on key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown, team health).
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Support Agile transformation efforts and contribute to scaling Agile practices across the organization

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid — onsite 2 days/week)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of Scrum Master and/or Agile project management experience
