COVID-19 VACCINATION DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENT
This applies to all SPS Commerce U.S. based employees regardless of work location. The health and safety of our employees, their families, our customers and communities is a priority. Therefore, all US based SPS Commerce employees are required to disclose COVID-19 vaccination status and if vaccinated upload a copy of their COVID-19 vaccination card as proof of vaccination. Employees who have not received the COVID-19 vaccination are required to be tested and upload their test results on a weekly basis. New employees will be required to upload vaccination documentation within 1 week of their start date with SPS. Failure to meet the disclosure requirement may result in termination of employment.
