SPS Commerce has an immediate opening for a Sales Training Analyst.  This training role will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunity skills for the Sales Team and determining appropriate and innovative learning solutions to address essential knowledge and skills.   You will be onsite 2-3 days per week in our office in downtown Minneapolis. Careers don’t just grow here, they’re made here.   What is the day-to-day like?   You will be responsible for analyzing data to help inform the production of high-quality training curriculum and aligning the curriculum to learning development designed to have direct impact on sales performance and productivity. - Extract and transform data from various business systems, ensuring data is optimized and ready for analysis. - Experience with understanding and leveraging 3rd party systems such as GONG. - Collaborate with other sales operations roles to incorporate decisions with tools to enable optimization within tools and systems. - Develop a scalable vision of how to optimize tools through data analysis. - Analyze evaluation data to enhance current training programs. - Learn and understand the SPS Sales Model - Commitment to a collaborative environment with professionalism, integrity, passion, and accountability - Begin to Understand and utilize A.D.D.I.E Training Method What experience and skills do you need? - Bachelor’s degree AND 2 years of related experience OR 5 years of relevant experience without a degree. - Demonstrated experience managing medium to large projects directly and through others. - Excellent written and verbal skills/ability to communicate well across diverse teams. - Highly organized and outcome-driven with the ability to meet project milestones and deadlines while working on concurrent projects and juggling multiple priorities. - Background leveraging business systems such a Salesforce, GONG, Power BI, Snowflake. Careers don’t just grow here, they’re made here.   Essential Responsibilities / Duties As a Sales Manager I on our Community AAE team, you will work with early in career sales individuals. You will partner with other internal SPS teams. You're not afraid to get in the trenches to help your team to help them succeed, win and further develop in their sales career.   - Provide daily direction and communication to the team to ensure all leads and opportunities are being followed up on based on guidance and need and that all deadlines are being met. - Ensure team members receive appropriate training and feedback to promote healthy development. - Provide insight and feedback regarding relevant trends and lead updates to cross-functional stakeholders including reporting, tracking and confirming process compliance for all leads, opportunities and campaigns. - Provide regular developmental 1:1’s, counseling team members on development in role and for their next position while driving team engagement. - Manage a team pipeline via SalesForce and weekly pipeline meetings, ensuring the necessary information needed for a monthly forecast is accurate and present. - Act as a key contributor to internal process improvements/management within Community Sales (e.g., territory, new hire onboarding, KPI reporting, GTM launches). - Collaborate with Community Sales Management peers as part of decision-making process/resourcing as needed. - Manage and coordinate territory/lead management   What Skills Do I Need?   - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience - 1+ years relevant experience with demonstrated leadership experience (formal or informal) - Ability to translate, simplify and clearly communicate (both verbal and written) complex business processes to individuals with varied levels of expertise - Process-focused with a close attention to detail - Demonstrative behaviors around integrity, engagement, self-driven initiative, collaboration, and relationship building - Experience coaching, mentoring and leading others in either formal or informal situations - Ability to receive and give constructive feedback    Note: Preferred experience as a Community AE at some point in your career.   SPS Commerce offers a comprehensive package of benefits including health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, paid time-off, 401(k), health and flexible spending accounts, stock purchase plan and more.   **EOE including disability/ veteran**
