This role includes both inbound and outbound contact ensuring we are being proactive in our collection efforts. This is vitally important for us to deliver on the full-service promise to our customers.  This role is responsible for category management, content classification, and creating & enforcing taxonomy best practices including responsibility of data governance. The Taxonomy Analyst will perform market research on products and retail trends to identify key attributes used for discoverability, regional and global regulatory requirements and prioritize and expand the SPS Assortment tool to support these. Once a new customer is onboard, this account will remain as part of your territory for possible upsell or cross sell.
