SPS Commerce is seeking an Instructional Designer to join our corporate training team. In this role, you’ll support enterprise-wide programs and processes related to areas such as leadership development, performance management, and onboarding. Careers don’t just grow here, they’re made here.    Day to Day  The Instructional Designer will complete eLearning instructional design using Articulate Storyline and RISE, use Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud applications to create supplementary materials such as job aids, and support the corporate onboarding program as a backup facilitator (onsite and virtual).   Additional specific responsibilities to include:  - Collaborate with internal partners to define learning and development objectives, content, instructional strategies and assessment methods and make updates/revisions to current programs as needed   - Apply training and adult learning theories, instructional design models, such as ADDIE, and e-learning standards (e.g. SCORM)  - Design and develop new learning and development materials (e.g. training workbooks, job aids, PowerPoints, worksheets, support documents) and programs for instructor led training and utilize Articulate Storyline for development of e-learning solutions.  - Design and deliver learning and development programs in-person or online that support Business Unit and Enterprise level goals  - Conduct needs assessments and focus groups to determine business needs and desired outcomes; use L&D knowledge to recommend appropriate delivery methods and improvements to current programs or suggest new approaches   - Lead and manage medium- to large- sized programs and process improvement efforts in support of business unit and enterprise-wide goals    Required Skills  - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience  - Minimum of five years of related professional experience in Learning and Development or a closely related field  - Strong MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) skills  - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral  - Highly motivated individual who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment  - Exceptional commitment to customer service with demonstrated ability to build relationships at various levels of the organization  - Demonstrated experience leading and managing organization-wide programs and process-improvement efforts      SPS Commerce offers a comprehensive package of benefits including health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, paid time-off, 401(k), health and flexible spending accounts, stock purchase plan and more.    EOE including disability/ veteran

Careers don’t just grow here, they’re made here.   The Day-to-Day Working closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team and HR Centers of Excellence (COE), the Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for the implementation and execution of HR strategies, programs and initiatives for assigned business unit(s) and/or geography(ies). Specific responsibilities include: - Collaborate with HRBPs and HR COEs to implement and execute HR strategies, programs and initiatives that enable the business to achieve its goals. Assist with development, coordination and recommendations to continuously simplify, improve and align HR processes. - Support global HR team in the roll out and execution of annual talent processes and programs, including but not limited to performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and employee retention and engagement activities. - Advise and collaborate with managers on matters relating to organizational policies and guidelines, career development, performance management and disciplinary issues. - Handle employee relations issues such as work complaints, misconduct, harassment allegations, or other employee concerns. Escalate issues to HRBP or HRBP Leader as necessary. - Conduct exit interviews for separating employees, review exit data, analyze trends, compile summary analysis and provide recommendations. - Maintain knowledge of external environment, legal trends and changes. Develop and maintain programs, records, reports to ensure legal and regulatory compliance requirements are met. - May assist with immigration processes related to work visa processing and document gathering, as well as process new hire paperwork and termination paperwork timely and accurately. - Work with sensitive data and maintain strict confidentiality. - Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills/ Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or relevant field preferred - Minimum of three (3) years related HR professional experience - Demonstrated working knowledge of Human Resources discipline including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, compensation administration and diversity, equity and inclusion - Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws and geography specific regulatory requirements - Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge and experience utilizing various HR technology solutions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Highly motivated, ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline Preferred Experience - Professional in Human Resources / Senior Professional in Human Resources or equivalent certificate desired EOE including veterans/disability

Careers don’t just grow here, they’re made here.   The Day-to-Day This role will partner with our largest business unit in addition to one our newest business units.  Teams that are supported are in North America (US and Canada), Europe, and the APAC region.  We rely on our HRBP team to lead the way in organizational design, leadership coaching and advising, and performance management.  This role will manage a growing team of HR Generalists.  Essential Responsibilities will include: - Maintain strong business relationships with business unit leadership; viewed as trusted business advisor - Maintain a thorough understanding of global business strategy and business unit goals - Partner with business unit leadership in the development and implementation of a Human Resources strategies and initiatives in support of and aligned to business strategy - Provide strategic consulting, planning, and implementation support on an array of topics including but not limited to, organizational design and effectiveness, change management, cultural management, recognition and reward, workforce planning, diversity, equity & inclusion, performance management, retention, engagement and key talent development - Partner effectively with peers, associates and Human Resources Centers of Excellence to create and implement solutions to achieve business goals and strategic objectives - Monitor and analyze data and trends to identify potential opportunities, needs, issues, problems, etc. that could impact business results - Lead, counsel, develop, and effectively direct work and results global HR Generalists that support assigned business units - Operationalize human resources initiatives, quantify results and monitor and measure effectiveness - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations - Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operating plan and contribute to cross-functional initiatives and projects - Key capabilities will include:  Global Mindset, Strategic Planning, Change Management, Data and Trend Analysis, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Coaching and Advising Leaders, Talent Development. Required Skills/ Experience - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required - 12+ years of HR experience - A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a global and matrixed environment, providing guidance and influence to senior management - Demonstrated experience managing large projects - Prior leadership experience - Experience and knowledge of talent management processes such as performance management, talent reviews, succession, career development, employee engagement - Experience using business acumen to drive organizational effectiveness and use other resources for expertise as needed. - Comfort with HR systems, data and analytics to provide insight on talent issues - Familiarity with applicable global employment laws and compliance Preferred Experience Master’s degree in Human Resources, Org Development or MBA SPHR or SHRM-SCP Certification   EOE including veterans/disability.
