SPS Commerce is growing, yet again! We are hiring a brand-new role into our Marketing organization; Strategic Channel and Partnership Marketing Manager. In this role you will provide analysis, marketing alignment, and support for product and channel partnerships to drive strong partnership ROI and revenue growth through cross functional leadership. Particular attention to ERP channels including Microsoft, SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Acumatica.  - Develop marketing plans and related budget for Sales and Channel support by working cross functionally with product, marketing, sales, and channel teams. - Coordinate the production of partner level performance reporting/tracking and produce monthly business level scorecard of current partner performance to plan goals. - Work cross functionally to centralize view of partner contracts to drive performance and consistent Go To Market (GTM) models, while supporting best practice for partnership deal structures and ongoing management. - Lead financial analysis and performance of partners to understand corporate investments in partnership and return on investment. - Support efforts to develop new sources of revenue through market analysis to understand individual partner and partner segment position to identify new partnership opportunities. - Apply portfolio management principles to identify opportunities within current partnerships for business relationship expansion, term renegotiation, and select partnership termination. - Other duties as assigned    Minimum Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or related experience - 10+ years of experience in business analysis or strategic relationship management - Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally within an organization, partnering closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success groups. - Proven track record of positively impacting revenue through direct and indirect relationships - Experience working in a high growth environment   Preferred Requirements - Master of Business Administration or professional experience similar to the knowledge gained thru a Master’s program - Business to business negotiation and contract management experience. - Financial analysis including understanding the application of scorecards and benchmarking. - Understanding the of breadth of partnership types associated with revenue generation including channel, referral, product, and integration relationships.     **EOE including veterans/disability**

This role also helps to keep focus on upcoming deadlines and deliverable dates. This includes attending leadership meetings and capturing follow up items that need to be tracked in subsequent meetings. - Manage complex calendars that need to be adjusted on a frequent basis, especially in response to customer demands. This includes exercising discretion in meeting internal and external scheduling demands as well as frequent consultation. - Research company and key executive information to prepare the team for customer interactions.  - Using Concur, the EA will also help to make travel arrangements, create travel itineraries and manage expense reporting. - A part of your week/day will be working other marketing related projects and cross organization efforts, projects and events. Basically, this role is not just all EA activities. - Organize and plan department events and activities, often in collaboration with others. Key Skills and Experiences needed: - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, including supporting a senior level executive. - Advanced proficiency with complex calendaring in Microsoft Outlook or Office365 that includes previous experience exercising discretion in schedule management. - Strong business communication skills, collaboration and flexibility - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and an expense management system (Concur preferred). - Experience working with highly sensitive information and a demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality. - Travel of 10% + / - could be anticipated. **EOE including veterans/disability**

Our success comes from playing as a team and always playing to win.   Career don’t just grow here, they’re made here.   The Day-to-Day   The Taxonomy Analyst will help build and govern the taxonomy and catalog standards for the SPS Assortment product which helps streamline item management across the retail ecosystem. This is vitally important for us to deliver on the full-service promise to our customers.  This role is responsible for category management, content classification, and creating & enforcing taxonomy best practices including responsibility of data governance. The Taxonomy Analyst will perform market research on products and retail trends to identify key attributes used for discoverability, regional and global regulatory requirements and prioritize and expand the SPS Assortment tool to support these. This role is critical to supporting the Assortment product experience.   - Responsible for the design and implementation of data governance standards, processes, and tools necessary for the certification and management of item taxonomies - Advise customers and internal teams on best practices and industry trends as the project teams work through new Assortment projects - Create necessary customer-facing documentation including Attribute Guides and supplier files - Create necessary documentation for categorization and attributes to be used across the various internal teams - Identify and request new product classifications for additional product categories, according to customer and market need - Identify and request the associated attributes/values and develop definitions for usage for existing and new product classifications/categories - Track, validate and analyze taxonomy change requests from internal and external stakeholders through the pipeline and communicate statuses to key stakeholders - Identify “suggested” business validations for different categories or item attributes - Perform market research and aggregate information across sources to ensure the taxonomy standards are recognized across the retail landscape and aligned to the product strategy - Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, development, engineering, product management, operations, and customer success teams to ensure the right attributes are identified without duplication - Ability to think critically, make recommendations based on research, independently research and work, data driven   Minimum Requirements   - Associate degree with a minimum 5 years of related experience (retail, eCommerce, item management, etc.)       OR - Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2 years of related experience (retail, eCommerce, item management, etc.) - Previous experience cataloging and classifying materials - Previous experience working with product attribute schemas and existing web taxonomy is highly preferred - Strong communication, quantitative and analytical skills - Preferred knowledge of different ERP/PIM systems leveraged in the retail ecosystem     **EOE including disability/veteran**
