Our Retail Sales team is adding a Retail Development Manager (Business Development Manager) to the team. As a Retail Development Manager, you will work collaboratively with a team of Sr. Retail Development Managers to effectively prospect new sales opportunities. Your time will be divided between account research, pre-call planning and your own outbound prospecting efforts. You will focus on understanding the supply chain processes, challenges, initiatives and change events occurring within the prospects’ organization, and help to properly align SPS Commerce with executive level contacts at the buying organization.   Does this sound like you? - You are self-motivated, you get after it, you’re persistent, and have a resilient attitude. You will partner with other internal SPS teams. SPS Commerce is growing- We are currently looking to add a Senior Business Development Representative (Senior BDR / Sr Retail Development Manager) to the retail sales team. This growth is due to territory expansion and current team member promotions. As a Senior BDR, you will work to create and uncover new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting within your assigned territory. You will have anywhere from 60 to 100 accounts that you will be working with at any given time. In this role you will partner closely with a team of Account Executives to build out a pipeline and identify opportunities.
