We are looking to add a Learning and Development Consultant to collaborate with business leaders and COE partners to design, develop, and facilitate programs and delivery methods to improve employee performance and ensure organizational productivity in a broad range of learning and development areas. Careers don’t just grow here, they’re made here.   Day-to-Day As an L&D Consultant, you will own various pieces of employee development and performance management. It will include career development resources and events such as the SPS Career Center and SPS Professional Development Week, the annual review cycle and goal setting process, and various other activities and projects. - Conduct needs assessments and focus groups to determine business needs and desired outcomes; use L&D knowledge to recommend appropriate delivery methods and improvements to current programs or suggest new approaches - Collaborate with internal partners to define learning and development objectives, content, instructional strategies and assessment methods and make updates/revisions to current programs as needed - Apply training and adult learning theories, instructional design models, such as ADDIE, and e-learning standards (e.g. SCORM) - Design and develop new learning and development materials (e.g. training workbooks, job aids, PowerPoints, worksheets, support documents) and programs in-person, virtually, or online that support Business Unit and Enterprise level goals - Lead and manage medium- to large- sized programs and process improvement efforts in support of business unit and enterprise-wide goals Minimum Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field OR some Post Secondary education and 6-7 years of HR experience - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Learning and Development or a closely related field - Strong MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral - Highly motivated individual who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional commitment to customer service with demonstrated ability to build relationships at various levels of the organization - Demonstrated experience leading and managing organization-wide programs and process-improvement efforts - Demonstrated experience leading career development and performance management efforts (highly desired) - Crucial Conversations or EQI 2.0 certifications (highly desired) **EOE including veterans/disability**

Careers don’t just grow here, they’re made here.   Essential Responsibilities / Duties The Lead Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing compensation functional expertise and oversight of compensation administration. They review, develop, recommend and implement new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to align with the organization’s goals and competitive practices. This role is also responsible for ensuring compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations.    - Manage the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs  - Participate and advise on the annual compensation programs for sales and leadership  - Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommend changes that are cost-effective, consistent with compensation trends and align with corporate objectives  - Conduct market analysis in order to evaluate external competitiveness and inform recommendations for compensation structure, salary ranges and salary grades or market rates for specific jobs  - Partner in the development of incentive plan designs (sales, variable bonuses, etc.)  - Advise HR and business leaders on pay decisions, policies and job evaluations  - Update, manage, deliver and drive decisions related to training and communication needs  - Complete compensation and trend analysis and corresponding reporting for leadership decision making  - Oversee participation in salary surveys and monitor data  - Ensure compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations  - Other duties and projects as assigned.  Minimum Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, and/or related field and 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in compensation practices and administration OR some post-secondary education and 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in compensation practices and administration. - Experience with global compensation, sales compensation and/or executive compensation a plus  - 1+ year of experience supervising or directing the work of others  - Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data  - Strong leadership and influence skills  - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders  - Knowledge of laws and regulations as they apply to base compensation and incentive compensation programs, company policies, and operations. Detail-orientation and strong customer service mind-set.  - Deep experience with excel, data modeling and reporting.  Preferred Experience - Experience with Ultimate Software (UltiPro) is a plus  EOE including disability/ veteran

Careers don’t just grow here, they’re made here.   The Day-to-Day In this role, you will utilize your working knowledge of process consultation, systems thinking, individual and organizational assessment, employee engagement, facilitation, change management, team effectiveness and learning and development to act as an integrated part of our Learning and Organization Effectiveness team where development solutions enable the success and achievement of business objectives.   - Establish strong partnerships with HRBP and business unit leaders to identify opportunities for increased people effectiveness. - Develop and deploy OD projects from opportunity identification and needs assessment through the development and implementation of practical solutions.  This may include managing internal or external third parties/resources to deliver the work. - As SME, apply organization design, process and change management methodologies to achieve breakthrough results. - Directly manage or coach others to lead large scale and sensitive change management, post-merger integration, organizational design/re-design, and teambuilding/ team effectiveness projects.  - Serves as ongoing coach and advisor to the HRBPs and business leaders to scope and solve OD challenges.  - Partner with HR Leadership to enhance OD capability of HRBP and business leaders through the deployment of easy-to-apply frameworks/models, tools and training.  - Serve as facilitator for company-wide learning and development programs (Crucial Conversations, Insights, New Manager Onboarding, etc.). - Project manage select enterprise-wide projects such as engagement survey or similar projects. - Provide functional area expertise to identify, research, and resolve complex problems. - Maintain a current knowledge of organization development trends and best practices to expand the quality of OD solutions.    What skills and experience do I need to be successful? - Bachelor’s degree or some post-secondary education along with 2-3 years of experience in a related field AND 8+ years of experience in the HR field. - Experience using OD tools and models in a practical, non-technical way that solve business problems. - Sound understanding and demonstrated application of Organization Design, Change Management and Team Effectiveness practices and tools. - Ability to build a strong business case and communicate with all key stakeholders to build urgency and engagement. - Demonstrated business acumen and knowledge of human resources management trends and practices. - Strong project management, coaching and consulting skills. - Demonstrated competency in group facilitation, coaching, team building, conflict management and problem solving. - Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications. - Preferred but not required – - Masters degree in Organization Development/Behavior, Organizational Psychology, or Human Resource Development. - Certification in Crucial Conversations, Insights Discovery, EQ-I or other development solutions. - Experience working in a technology organization and a high growth environment. ***EOE including disability/ veteran***
