Summer 2024 - Digital Marketing Internship    If you are a hands-on self-starter with an interest in how all marketing tactics work together ­­–we want to hear from you!  SPS Commerce is seeking a Marketing intern for our marketing team to work with us from June to August, with potential to stay on through the 2024/2025 School Year. Careers don’t just grow here, they’re made here.    Day-to-Day Be involved in all stages of the marketing campaign cycle, from planning to implementation to analysis. You will work with a variety of team members to understand the goal of each campaign, the assets needed and execution. - Develop web to lead forms - Activate microsites - Complete SEO research - Utilize reporting tools for analysis - Monitor SPS Social Media channels - Collaborate with SPS Commerce internal teams. - Complete additional support functions to support the marketing org   What skills and experience do I need? - Working towards a degree in web development, design or marketing - 0-2 years of relevant work experience - Proven ability to communicate ideas through visual presentation - Experience in CSS and HTML - Comfortable with Excel Spreadsheets - Commitment to web standards and user experience best practices - Experience with Wordpress or other PHP-based CMS preferred - Familiarity with Javascript/ jQuery a plus but not required   SPS Commerce internships are a part of our award winning Intern Program!  Schedule is typically 32 hours a week during the summer and another 10-15 hours during the school year.  During this paid internship you will be working hands on as a part of the Digital Marketing team, be assigned an industry mentor as well as a program manager.  Our program offers personal and professional development opportunites, along with activities and events to network with all the interns in the program, this is an amazing opportunity you don't want to miss!     SPS Commerce offers a comprehensive package of benefits including health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, paid time-off, 401(k), health and flexible spending accounts, stock purchase plan and more.    EOE including disability/ veteran

The Senior Product Owner will play a critical role in translating the product strategy into actionable tasks and feature in collaboration with the product manager and engineering teams. This will involve creating user stories, defining user story acceptance criteria, and ensuring that these stories meet the definition of done. Success is measured by impact to a product's profitability and customer retention and the ability to help lead a balanced and predictable engineering team. The role will work closely with peers to articulate priority and manage delivery trade-offs. You will own, prioritize, and groom the product backlog, consulting with product managers, prospects, customers, and other stakeholders. Careers don’t just grow here, they’re made here.    Day-to-Day  - Partner with product manager(s) to gain a deep understanding of the market and the customers you are serving to convey that vision to engineering and other stakeholders  - Spend time directly with customers to advocate for customer needs and represent the voice of the customer (VOC) with the engineering team  - Leverage that market understanding to better inform day-to-day priorities, and tradeoffs of features and timing  - Create detailed product requirements to articulate internal and external customer needs to engineering, consulting with product management, prospects, customers, and other stakeholders  - Respond to questions from developers and clarify requirements related to voice of customer (VOC) and business requirements  - Contribute to defining and advancing role best practices  - Participate in scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, grooming and release planning  - Iterate on product designs with UX and engineering  - Write acceptance criteria as part of user story creation  - Ability to flex across multiple product lines, representing the needs of multiple user persona  - Mentor team and provide informal leadership     Minimum Requirements    - 5 years’ related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree  - Ability to influence without direct authority  - Prior experience working in an agile development environment  - Engages with and effectively navigates through a wide spectrum of complex issues, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills across varied scenario    Nice to haves    - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification or equivalent certification  - Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise  - Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)    SPS Commerce offers a comprehensive package of benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, paid time-off, 401(k), health and flexible spending accounts, stock purchase plan and more.      ** EOE including disability / veteran **
