SPS Commerce is growing! We are looking to add an Associate Project manager to our Product Launch Management function. The Associate Project Manager will help facilitate and execute on all Product Launch meetings, collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Tech and Product teams, and be an active participant in supporting our launch processes and development.    Why work at SPS? Day-to-Day As an Associate Project Manager at SPS you will work in our Product Launch Management team while collaborating with others across the organization regularly. - You will execute, schedule and facilitate weekly product launch meetings. - You will coordinate with teams (Sales, Customer Success, Tech and Product) for those meetings coordinating guest speakers, materials, presentation technology, schedules etc. - You'll be an active participant in supporting development and working on new launch processes. - This is a newly formed function/team for SPS, so being able to navigate the unknown, while helping to develop processes and staying flexible will be critical in this role.  - You will help to create and share project details within Smart Sheets, Zoom, MS Tools, Slack, etc. - You are extremely good with problem solving with an open mind, honesty and with a good attitude. You're curious and eager to learn.    Minimum Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or some post-secondary education and 2-3 years of professional experience AND 2+ years of non-project management professional experience - Business project management experience required. Some Marketing or Product experience would be nice to have. No PMP needed or required. - Strong problem solving and analytic ability. - Quality focused; detail oriented; ability to prioritize and multi-task. Experience working on external, customer facing projects. - Proven ability to handle multiple projects. - Experience developing processes and managing projects in a technology-based service organization desired. - Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision while taking initiative and setting priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment.   **EOE including veterans/disability**

The SPS Commerce Marketing team is growing by adding a Marketing Campaign Specialist. This role is responsible for the creation and execution of the end-to-end campaign strategy that supports our business objectives. This person will be key to planning integrated marketing campaigns that drives both engagement and conversion. They will work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment, support and develop a wide range of demand generation materials and programs, analyze results and make suggestions for improvements. The Marketing Campaign Specialist will be joining a friendly team that is motivated by data driven decisions to grow demand generation efforts. This person will help an evolving marketing organization create awareness and lead generation. Why work at SPS? Careers don’t just grow here, they’re made here.   Day-to-Day The Marketing Campaign Specialist is responsible for the creation and execution of the end-to-end campaign strategy that supports our business objectives for our Fulfillment product. This person will be key to planning integrated marketing campaigns that drives both engagement and conversion while helping to hit our revenue generating number.   - Hands on development and execution of marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of tactics such as email, automation, social, ads, and others. - Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI and revenue. - Collaborate with both marketing and sales leaders on campaign design and execution. - Create and evangelize a campaign framework - Work with content team to develop campaign messaging and iterate where needed - Work closely with the sales teams and help where necessary in territory campaigns - Develop multi-channel campaigns that incorporate lead scoring, behavioral data and activity to engage customers and drive revenue. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience in sales or marketing or professional work experience OR some post secondary education and 4-5 years of marketing and sales campaign experience. - Experience in creating marketing campaigns - Proven project management skills - Ability to prioritize both projects and stakeholders - Motivated self-starter who can seize opportunities with some direction - Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and exhibit grace under pressure - Experience improving SEO metrics - Ability to think critically and solve problems - Experience in Salesforce, WordPress, Jira and Pardot a plus - Google Ads certified - T-shaped capabilities: broad expertise across marketing - Knowledge in the latest trends and best practices around demand capture and generation **EOE including veterans/disability**
