This includes initial design/build, ongoing changes, and production maintenance as necessary. Specific responsibilities include: - Determines business requirements through consultation with external customers and translates these into SPS canonical language. Careers don’t just grow here, they’re made here.   Does this sound like you? - You have a passion for learning and applying new knowledge to teach others - You strive working in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple priorities at once get you jazzed - You thrive in environment where critical thinking while being tasked to solve multiple issues at once is key - You love puzzles and are excited by the challenge they present The Day-To-Day   Our Customer Support Analysts manage day-to-day support cases that are logged with the MAPADOC Product Support team.  Exceeding customer expectations is a top priority, which is accomplished by clearly understanding the customers’ issues and resolving them in timely and efficiently manner. - Manage day-to-day support cases that are assigned by the dispatcher. - Remotely connect to customers’ system and address their issue. - Use tools and resources available to resolve customers’ issue in timely manner while keeping customers up to date on the progress - Work closely with the Mid-Market Implementation Team. - Update customers’ system to latest release for improved performance and enhancements - Enter case details for each case in CRM system to capture resolution details for future references - Possess and maintain a high level of industry-specific business knowledge by remaining current with emerging products and technical updates What is required?  - Bachelor’s degree with three years of experience in a support analyst role or six years of experience without a degree. - Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence others and professionally represent the company to customers and other external parties. - Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. - Ability to manage multiple workflows and potentially shifting priorities - Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision while taking initiative and setting priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work cross departmentally  What experience is preferred?   - Experience with Sage related to B2B integration strongly preferred - 2-5 years software of software consulting/customer support experience  - Familiarity with XML - Experience with text editing and data mapping tools - General understanding of the concept of e-commerce and electronic data interchange (EDI)   *EOE including disability/ veteran*
