You partner with Product Technology to find the root cause of issues and drive resolution to ensure the problems don't continue. The Day-to-Day The Sr. SRE will have a very "hands-on" role in the multiple strategic and market trending initiatives.  This includes continuing our efforts to roll out Kubernetes across the environment and in different regions, maturing our observability tooling and elevating our build and deployment patterns.  In addition, this role is part of a key team in building out our environments through automation and increasing reliability and scalability.  This role will also help set an excellent software delivery experience by providing the tools that developers use.  Responsibilities will include: - Engineer and maintain highly available, secure, and cost-effective container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and ECS - Engineer Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) solutions that simplify and improve software deployments to enable high velocity for our Product Engineering partners - Develop robust monitoring and observability services and patterns to consistently improve the team’s ability to identify, react, respond, and recover from complex failures. - Collaborate with Technology Engineering, Development, and Product Management to help develop, scale, and improve production systems and services - Partner with service teams to provide appropriate documentation, cross-training, architecture planning, capacity management, and recommendations for future state - Engineer technical solutions to prevent or reduce the frequency of failures - Help drive the code quality practices within the team and work hard to deliver a maintainable software. - Participate in screening, interview panels, and other hiring related activities when required. Our product team at SPS Commerce is growing again!  We will be hiring a Product Owner, as part of our Fulfillment Product team. You will be responsible for conveying the product vision created by Product Management to the engineering team by creating user stories, user story acceptance criteria and accepting these stories as part of the definition of done. You will work closely with peers to articulate priority and manage delivery trade-offs. You will own, prioritize, and groom the product backlog - consulting with product managers, prospects, customers, and other stakeholders. In this role collaboration and daily communication are key to being successful in this role. You will:   - Create and execute test plans according to development of products (NetSuite) aligning with retail-specific specifications and requirements. - Maintain and enhance the existing production configurations for all products. - Work with escalation tickets and bug/change requests queue. - Perform network analysis on all changes, as any product or configuration change can have a global impact. - Define requirements for retailer-specific setup and communications configuration and perform these functions. - Adapt and utilize best practices for solution development to ensure world-class service is delivered to SPS’s customers. - Lead special technology-driven projects outside of the day-to-day maps being built - Lead the team and run training programs for other members of TPD.   Minimum Requirements   - Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience - 2+ years of QE experience, preferable within NetSuite - Ability to balance multiple projects at a time with both speed and quality. - Exemplary documentation skills of a technical nature. - In depth understanding of the concept of e-commerce and electronic data interchange (EDI) - Experience with agile development methodology                      **EOE including disability/ veterans**
