Essential Responsibilities / Duties
- Drive a value-based sales process and manage a defined sales territory (e.g., identify, develop, and close new business opportunities)

The Day to Day
In this quota-carrying and fast-paced role, the Mid-Market Account Executive will work to expand business with existing customers through cross-sell and upsell. What is the day-to-day like?

The Day-to-Day
In this hands-on role, you will learn from the ground up how to successfully prospect, apply the sales skills you learn, and ultimately grow your earnings potential as you transition into a territory of your own. The duration of this role is dependent on your ability to uncover opportunities for business development across your managers region, meeting call quotas, and general understanding of our company and growing industry.
- Pro-actively call into prospective customers to learn, understand, and ultimately uncover sales opportunities.
- Partner with Account Executives to learn and understand the full sales cycle process while assisting them in territory management.

What experience and skills do I need?
- A combination of 4 years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
- 1 year of experience in Sales (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, telemarketing) preferred.

Day to Day
- Facilitates problem identification, research, and follow up to ultimate resolution, advocating for customer success
- Assists customers seeking education and/or issue resolution while working with a variety of SPS Commerce products and services

What is the day-to-day like?
You will manage a team of Individual Contributors of Business Analysts, Software Engineers, and Quality Engineers for one of our delivery teams. Team members range from Associate to Senior-level.

The Day-to-Day
The Tax Manager will research, analyze, and monitor international and domestic tax laws and developments, seeking to identify tax planning opportunities, and communicate necessary updates to leadership and other stakeholders. In addition, this role will work closely with financial reporting, accounting and external firms. The role reports into the Director- Tax, Payroll & Equity.
- Evaluate, develop, and execute tax planning strategies to minimize the Company's global tax obligations for all tax types, as well as minimize compliance and administrative burdens
- Manage global transfer pricing analysis, reporting, and related intercompany documentation and processes
- Prepare international components of the US tax compliance, including related computations, forms, and disclosures
- Assist with the international and planning related aspects of the Company’s quarterly tax provision calculations, memos, and analysis
- Manage non-US income tax compliance, including coordination with external accounting and tax advisors
- Identify and help maximize international and domestic tax incentives including R&D credits, and e-business credits
- Lead tax related M+A efforts including due diligence, tax and entity structure planning, and post-acquisition integration
- Provide support on various finance and tax strategic initiatives and projects, as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of public accounting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of US international tax rules including GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credit, CbC reporting, OECD, digital service taxes, and VAT
- Familiarity with U.S. federal and state tax incentives and reporting requirements

What is the day to day like?
- Acquire datasets for analytics use and supply appropriate documentation for team use
