The Project Manager is a member of the Integrated Implementation team and leads implementations for EDI and ERP integration projects for SPS Commerce Microsoft Market Clients. The SPS Commerce Channel Sales team continues to experience tremendous growth!  The Senior Account Executive on the Channel Sales Team is an indirect sales role in a high-growth area of SPS Commerce that is a lead generating organization.  The Senior Account Executive is chartered with developing and retaining lasting business relationships with strategic partners such as: software & Cloud-based companies specializing in ERP, Warehouse Management, and/or Transportation Management. This includes cultivating partnerships directly with software application companies and their independent business partner communities, serving as the primary representative of SPS Commerce to these communities. The markets that Channel Sales serve are very dynamic, involving new and growing partnerships and opportunities. This rapid change requires entrepreneurial, forward-thinking, innovative sales professionals who are skilled at discovery, prescriptive selling, and managing complex sales cycles. Careers don’t just grow here, they’re made here.   Day to Day Essential Responsibilities / Duties - Create a thorough annual business plan that details the specific markets, activities, and milestones required to meet sales revenue and lead generation objectives - Carry forward detailed business plans to senior management and business executives, based on collective value propositions for both companies - Develop and maintain financial and non-financial metrics to measure the effectiveness of our channel partner relationships, both for SPS Commerce and for our partners - Leverage your business plan to educate the other departments at SPS Commerce on the goals of your business such that they can participate in and understand their role in assisting you to fully execute on your objectives - Articulate SPS value proposition for the entire product suite - On a daily basis, maintain consistent and accurate sales and partner forecasts using specified tools and applications provided by SPS Senior Management - Execute marketing programs, including directional ownership of industry/market tradeshows with our partners that generate revenue and/or leads - Meet or exceed quarterly sales objectives/quota targets - Work closely with other SPS sales organizations when independent VARs and or System Integrators are involved, winning the support of these third-party companies to increase our win rates, and ultimately bringing these partners formally into the SPS Ecosystem Required Skills - Bachelor’s degree AND 5 years of relevant work experience OR some post-secondary education AND 9 years of relevant work experience - Relevant experience includes 3+ years of successful sales experience generated by one’s own hunting/prospecting and selling complex and multi-party service, technology or software solutions into new accounts aligning with the C-suite level - Ability to think “outside the box” and innovate to uncover new business opportunities with an Entrepreneurial mindset - The ability to develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy with partners - Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills (product management, implementation, support, sales and senior management) - Strong verbal, written & presentation communication skills, with ability to translate technical & customer information into business solution requirements that engages and drives a partner-focused relationship. - Experience working with MS Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Sales Automation Systems (such as Salesforce.com) - Proven organizational and prioritization skills - Familiarity with business applications in the ERP and Supply Chain space Preferred Experience - ISV, VAR, Industry experience   SPS Commerce offers a comprehensive package of benefits including health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, paid time-off, 401(k), health and flexible spending accounts, stock purchase plan and more.   EOE including disability/ veteran

Careers don’t just grow here, they’re made here.   The Day-to-Day   - Responsible for the successful launch of all products and services through cross functional leadership of core work streams tied to launch including sales, customer success, marketing, product, development, internal communications, operations, finance, and legal. - Manage and refine effective Launch Management discipline at SPS Commerce including process, communication, governance, and results tracking. - Identify ideal launch approach and strategy, key milestones, and workstreams for all new product and services introductions or enhancements. - Operates as the mitigation strategist and consultant when roadblocks or unforeseen issues arise. - Collaborate with key launch stakeholders to define success for new product introductions, re-introduction of capabilities to base in SaaS environment, and cross-sell launch support. - Own, facilitate, and manage all strategic launch ceremonies - Ensure executive leadership team remains apprised, aligned, and has the opportunity for input on all major launch activity across the business. - Own all communications tied to Product Launch Management in partnership with Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales Training and Customer Success Training. - Identify cross-sell, bundling, and new sources of revenue opportunities across customer verticals. - Development and coaching of direct reports. - Other duties as assigned -   Required Skills and Experience - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience - Strong written, verbal communication skills - At least 5 years of successful experience in product launch or product management and analysis - Experience working with and presenting to executive leadership - Strong understanding of approaches to product management including pragmatic marketing. - Leadership in product related functions at a technology company. - Has an ability to process information objectively and is energized when helping the organization navigate challenging situations. - Understands the of breadth of functions required to create a successful product launch including marketing, sales, channel management, product, customer success, operations, and development. - Ability to effectively lead cross functionally through senior staff role in matrix organization. - Team management experience of at least 3 years.
